1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Okavyx ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. About the Platform
Okavyx is a private AI infrastructure and automation platform operated by Steve Orville (ABN registered sole trader, South Australia). It is not a commercial product or public service. Access is provided on an invite-only basis at the operator's discretion.
3. Eligibility
Access is restricted to individuals explicitly invited by the operator. Unauthorised access attempts are prohibited and may be reported.
4. Account & Access
- You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your Google account.
- Your access may be revoked at any time without notice.
- Do not share your session or attempt to access other users' data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Platform services.
- Upload malicious files or content.
- Use AI services through the Platform to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party provider terms (Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs).
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored where disclosure is required.
6. AI Services
- Chester (our AI assistant) is powered by third-party AI models. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
- Do not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
- Chat conversations are processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) and are subject to their respective terms and policies.
7. Content & Data
- You retain ownership of content you create or upload.
- By using the Platform, you grant Okavyx a limited licence to process your content as necessary to provide the services.
- Uploaded files and ephemeral shares are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
- We may delete content or accounts at our discretion.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uptime, availability, or reliability of any service.
- Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
- Security against all possible threats (though we take reasonable precautions).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okavyx and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
